Access to affordable housing and residential stability are key to improving social mobility - our mission is to build a lending platform and product suite that generates both social and financial returns for our clients, partners and investors. By thinking differently & leveraging our significant product development expertise, we can provide accessible and inclusive financial solutions, that aren’t currently available on the high street, to help renters and homeowners achieve their ambitions at every stage of life. The first in our pipeline of products launching is a lending product aimed at helping private renters, an increasingly important demographic in the UK. The majority of renters have no savings, but the average security deposit in the UK is now over so finding these funds can be a major source of financial stress. With our rental deposit finance, renters have their upfront security deposit paid on their behalf, in return for a small monthly fee - typically less than the cost of a cup of coffee per week. There is no obligation to pay off the deposit loan and they can choose to transfer it to their next rental property if they wish, giving them control of when & how they use their money and reducing financial stress. For our partners and investors, Caasa provides access to new socially responsible investment opportunities. With the ability to configure levels of risk & reward and capital protection options, our products offer appealing financial returns in addition to positive social impacts.
