Cabrey, formerly a partner with Zisser, Brown, Nowlis & Cabrey, P.A, and former Senior Attorney/Assistant General Counsel with the Florida Department of Children & Familes, is a well known child advocate in the State of Florida, and has successfully represented hundreds of children, families, and injured clients throughout the state. Whether it be through civil suit for monetary damages, direct representation as attorney ad litem, volunteering services pro bono, bringing private juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights actions, or defending parents wrongfully accused of child abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment, Mr. Cabrey has over 15 years experience advocating in the courtroom for the children of Florida. Outside the courtroom, Mr. Cabrey's advocacy for children has included years of volunteer service and leadership with multiple non-profits, child advocacy organizations, and bar association sections, committees, and sub-committees.
