CABS Health Network, was established in 1979 to provide home care services to elderly and disabled residents of Brooklyn, New York. CABS HAS is one visible embodiment of a long term effort by its parent company, CABS Corporation, to create community owned and controlled, non-profit enterprises to provide essential services and employment opportunities for neighborhood residents. OUR PHILOSOPHY: Because of our community orientation, CABS has a unique commitment and capability to provide service reflective of the needs and particular requirements of the communities it serves.
