Every year Peruvian restaurants are opening in the most important cities, NYC, London, Paris, Milan, etc. Even other restaurants includes Peruvian dishes in their menu, big restaurant groups are investing in Peruvian gastronomy and people are recognising it more. In the 50 best restaurants list 2017, Peru has three restaurants and two of them are in the top 10, being the only country with that distinction. Also Peruvian won the best Chef award, that tell us that there is some noise about Peruvian gastronomy.
