Cad Central Data Analyser

The future of health is in our DNA. The CAD Public Interest Group (Central Data Analyser) is dedicated to building a national infrastructure for the collection and analysis of genomic data, serving personalized medicine and looking toward the future. With a mission to support healthcare and stimulate research, our objectives are twofold: Providing practitioners with tools for interpreting genomic data to improve patient care. Encouraging research by enabling researchers to conduct studies based on the collected data. Fully integrated into the tools of the France Genomic Medicine Plan 2025 (PFMG2025), CAD is continuously supplied with data from the LBM-FMG, AURAGEN, and SeqOIA platforms, as well as from the plan’s four pilot projects: MULTIPLI (cancer), DEFIDIAG (rare diseases), GLUCOGEN (diabetes), and POPGEN (general population). As part of the France 2030 plan, CAD also contributes to European initiatives, positioning France as a key player in genomic research.
