CAD MS Trust is a charitable Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), established on 28th February 2009 by Dr Sreedhara K C and Mrs. Deepa, at Vijayanagar. We are registered under-12AA and 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961 and FCRA from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. We envision providing the ‘Care You Can Trust’, by delivering the best medical care that is easily accessible, always available and affordable. The prime focus of intervention includes awareness, education, rehabilitation and institutional care for those in need of medical services in the domains of neuropsychology, psychiatry, geriatrics, cognitive challenges, hospice care, prolonged illness, palliative care, substance abuse & addiction. The team at CAD MS Trust ensures that its inmates, patients and well-wishers feel at home being acquainted with its facilities and service. The Neuro-psychological and psychological assessment, clinical assessments are also performed, documented and addressed.
