We wrote the book on casually classic shorts. Cadets launched in 2020 with a single product, the Classic Short for boys ages 6 months - 6 years and, the founders, tired of tailoring their sons shorts were on a mission to #FREETHEKNEES. Word of mouth spread the brand quickly among lighthouse customers. In 2021, the company added the Le Club Casual Short and the Cabana Swim Short to their repertoire, and after expanding sizes through Men’s XL—and occasionally dropping styles for girls and women—has grown a cult following of moms and men alike. Thoughtfully designed with nostalgic sensibilities, our genuine generational clothing is ideal for occasions of the everyday.
