Established in 1995 by Christopher Hesse-Tetteh, a seasoned businessman, CADS Contract & Services (C&S) began as a construction firm specialized in construction of buildings and roads. The company carried out various notable projects including the construction of CADS twin tower office blocks located off the George Bush Highway in Accra-Ghana. Currently, we operate solely in Ghana, offering a range of customized services to multinational corporations namely: Tullow Oil, Ghana Exim Bank & Deloitte and Touche. We always guarantee the highest standards of customer service and quality of work and operate with a focus on continuous improvement in the way we carry out our business. CADS has over 100 permanent employees who are all professionally trained under various disciplines. Over the years, the company has taken great strides to elevate its business operating standards to international levels. We participated in the Seed Transformation Program organized by Stanford Seed, and recently became certified with TRACE and four major standards of the International Standards Organization (ISO). These standards include ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 14001:2015,(Environmental Management System) and ISO (Food Safety Management System). Additionally, we have expanded our service offering to include Catering, Facility Management, Leasing, Renovation and Refurbishment, Cleaning and Security Services.
