Cafe Kivu

Café Kivu is a startup coffee roastery located in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. Very few coffee companies are able to have the “ground game” at origin, and international savy at consumption sites, to be able to deliver high quality, fresh roasted coffees from origin to consumers in the global North. Since 2015, Café Kivu has been working to bring the best of Congolese coffee to the world while maintaining as much of the value from our coffee at origin as possible. We do this by roasting and packaging our coffee at origin. Our roasting process is also done using 100% solar energy!
