Caffiniti Speciality Coffee (Europe) is a venture created with the purpose of collaborating with speciality coffee farmers to promote sensory experiences of coffee, for food pairing. We strive to understand the physical and chemical makeup of coffee in order to create a synergy between food and coffee. At Caffiniti we define speciality coffee as being a Protected Designation of Origin certified by a Q Grader, which accomplishes the SCAA and SCAE quality standards for harvesting, roasting, storage and which has been prepared and served by a qualified Barista. Our desire is to see the speciality coffee industry move towards molecular gastronomy. To achieve this goal, we customise the harvesting practices, coffee processes and roasting features to create bespoke coffee profiles for our clients. In addition to our focus on excellent quality coffee, we are committed to promoting sustainable development and farming. The coffee brands that we commercialise are certified non-governmental organisations such as the Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC), Fairtrade and 4C.
