Cai Central Florida Chapter

The Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. We are the recognized experts for community association governance and management and the first and only national organization created specifically to meet the needs of all community association stakeholders. For over 40 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. For almost 20 years, the Central Florida Chapter has acted locally in support of plus community associations in the region. Monthly educational seminars, twice-a-year Chapter socials, an annual trade show, plus newsletters, emails, and other publications contribute to our mission. Our members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.
