Delicious food is country food! The Caipira Express Restaurant was born in 2009, in one of the largest shopping malls in Bahia, offering quality food in the fast-food market, serving healthy and tasty dishes quickly in a self-service system. Caipira Express revived the farm's original flavors, offering customers the recipes of country families, passed down from generation to generation. At lunch, 25 hot dishes and 22 types of salads are served, different every day, as well as fruits, desserts and various drinks. We were the first fast-food restaurant to invest in a self-service buffet of northeastern coffee in shopping centers. Served daily from 4pm, “Café Caipira” has a buffet rich in typical items such as cakes, broths, soups, pies, tapioca, as well as hot dishes. A sales success.
