Hello, my name is Caitlin Hebert. In September of 2016 I quit my full time job in Corporate America to pursue a career in real estate. I was fed up with having a cap on my income, my time with loved ones, and ultimately, I knew my potential was much greater. I didn’t exactly know what, but I knew I had a greater purpose in life. Fast forward to 2017. I ended my first full year in real estate selling 41 properties, earning Rookie of the Year, and I was very very pregnant for my first child due in January of 2018. 2017 was definitely a defining year in my life. I realized I had found my gig. I overcame many obstacles, grew significantly personally, strengthened my relationship with God, and hustled, hard. I believe we all have talents and gifts, we just have to find where they fit into this world. Helping other people through real estate is where I flourish and continue to flourish. It’s not about the houses, it’s the people who wake me up everyday. We're not in this for one sale; we are in this to impress you so much, that you have no choice but to tell friends, family, coworkers, etc. about choosing us when it comes to their real estate needs. Our philosophy is never to value a sale over a relationship. We do not make money on one sale, no matter the price of your home. We make a living and provide for our families based on having strong relationships and treating people right which lead to lifetime referrals. Today, the team consists of a 4 licensed realtors, a transaction coordinator, and a part time administrator. Our production is actually up 54% compared to last years numbers at this time. It’s crazy what can happen when your let go of control and add talent in your world. The goal is to continue to grow with more team members in the future and continue to help more people achieve their goals. So until then, who do you know in the market to purchase or sell real estate?
