Calare Properties is a real estate investment manager and operator focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate assets for the economic benefit of our individual investors and strategic partners. Since 2003, Calare has led the acquisition of over 19 million square feet representing $1 billion of real estate transactions through funds, direct deals and a multi-asset portfolio. Our investment strategy targets well-located, middle market industrial, warehouse, research and flex/office properties primarily in the Northeast. We acquire both income focused assets offering stable cash flow and assets with strong growth potential by uncovering undervalued real estate in need of active management through re-positioning or re-leasing.
