Caldecott Properties is an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage located in Oakland's Rockridge District. Caldecott Properties specializes in selling and leasing residential properties, which include single-family homes, lofts, condos, townhouses, multi-family homes and land. Caldecott Properties is a full-service brokerage that works with both Buyers and Sellers. Caldecott Properties is also home to the Caldecott Gallery, a non-profit art gallery established to support local artists and help maintain the character of Rockridge.
