For nine years CalEgan proudly served developers, individual investors, family offices and institutional investors. The geographic focus was the Southern California market sector. In June of 2024 the company permanently closed. Starting out in 2015, the initial market-focus was serving clients in the acquisition and disposition of developable land, suburban residential multifamily and urban residential multifamily communities. The Team successfully participated in the acquisition or disposition of over 300 residential multifamily units with over 160 of those units being newly constructed.
