Calexico, a town on the California-Mexico border, is a cultural hybrid reflected in its people, language, and food. Missing our hometown cuisine while living in New York, we started selling tacos and burritos from a street cart, gaining notable acclaim. Years later, we’ve expanded to several restaurants and bars in New York, Detroit, and Bahrain, but our dedication to making food we love remains unchanged.
