Calfox, Inc. is a full-service real estate management and investment company focused on institutional grade residential and office properties in California. In addition to investing for its own account, Calfox seeks to invest in joint ventures with partners in the acquisition, re-development and/or development of institutional-grade real estate assets primarily in California. Incorporated in 1983 to manage those real estate properties developed and/or acquired by the Cahill family, Calfox has evolved into a company that invests in, operates and manages high-quality, institutional real estate assets in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Sacramento Valley and Colorado (Denver and Colorado Springs). These assets include office, apartment, retail and industrial properties.
