Our mission is twofold: First, to build the security products that don't exist yet. Like any good engineering-driven company, our products are birthed not with the sole purpose of bamboozling people into giving us lots of money, but instead solving actual problems and alleviating frustrations for the largest audience possible. Our flagship product - Phishfinder (https://phishfinder.io) is our first iteration at this concept, and it aims to make phishing protection affordable for businesses of any size, easy to use, and seamless to integrate. Secondly, we wanted to build out a security consultancy based on a profit sharing model that gives all our employees a real stake in the future of the company (and something more tangible than equity). It's always struck me as weird that people, especially in consulting (where are directly creating value) tend to only see a small fraction of the revenue they generate. We use this in practice today, and it works quite well.
