California Statewide Certified Development Corporation is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization that supports economic development by making available low cost, fixed rate commercial/industrial real estate financing to expanding small businesses under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 504 Loan Program. We are licensed and regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration to provide SBA 504 financing and work in partnership with a wide range of lending institutions. We’ve been helping successful small businesses in California purchase their own real estate since 1987. As a result of our expertise and successful track record in lending, California Statewide became one of the first Certified Development Companies in the nation to be inducted into the Premier Certified Lender Program and the first CDC to be chartered by SBA to serve statewide in California.
