Callatis Theoretical Highschool Mangalia

Founded in 1959, with the name of Mixed Secondary School with grades I-XI, the Theoretical High School has a long tradition in education in Mangalia. Responding to the need to provide young people in Mangalia and the surrounding area with quality theoretical training, the institution has benefited over time from a young, enthusiastic faculty and students who have succeeded professionally in various fields of activity. The construction of the high school was completed in (the new wing), and of the gymnasium, in 2004. If until 1998 only high school classes functioned, real and human profile, starting with primary classes were established, and from also gymnasium classes, two per level. We enjoyed the outstanding results of our students at the Olympics, competitions, cultural events, participation in camps and excursions, in volunteer activities. I always had my parents, local authorities, non-governmental organizations by my side. Through the achievements of students and teachers, through involvement in educational projects and programs, through the organization of large-scale events, the Theoretical High School "Callatis" is integrated into the family of elite theoretical high schools in Constanta County.
