Callista invests in industrial companies with operational development potential. We support our portfolio companies through three key phases: Carve-Out, Restructuring, and Optimization. During the Carve-Out phase, we establish new organizational structures to ensure an independent and efficient business operation. The Restructuring phase primarily focuses on securing liquidity and ensuring the company’s continued viability. In the Optimization phase, we enhance performance by improving processes and organizational structures. Once results reach a positive and sustainable level, our focus shifts toward investment and expansion. The full implementation of our approach typically takes four to seven years, which also reflects our target holding period. However, we are under no obligation to divest after this timeframe and can hold our companies for a significantly longer period if it supports sustainable value creation.
