We are an NHBC registered house builder and development company with over 20 years experience in the building and refurbishment of houses. We handle every aspect of the design and build, land purchase, planning permission, building, marketing and sales. We are passionate about good design and about creating communities and homes for now and the future. As a multi-disciplinary practice we use the most talented planners and architects to achieve results and firmly believe that good residential design is the key to obtaining a planning consent. We are looking for gardens, infill plots, commercial and brown-field land in good residential areas on which to build outstanding homes and communities.
