Eve & Gem are two sisters from Devon who believe passionately in helping families get the sleep they need. The Calm & Bright community grows each day, but it started with one exhausted first-time mum. Eve crashed her car with her 10-month-old baby in it which catapulted her into charge. Terrified of Cry It Out but desperate for sleep, Eve developed her own responsive, baby-led approach. Within 3 days her baby – who had woken every 1-2 hours since birth – was sleeping 12 hours straight.(She is now 16 and has had less than 10 broken nights sleep since the sleep training.)
