Calm Classrooms

Calm Classrooms is dedicated to making the tools of yoga, mindfulness and resilient thinking skills available to Children, Teens and Teaching Staff across Queensland. Our classes are designed with a strengths based approach to learning that address children's holistic wellness needs in a joy filled environment. Designed by an educator and in collaboration with school teachers, and the Australian Curriculum for Health and Physical Education, each class has an objective, learning goals and age appropriate activities that help students build and develop a healthy sense of self. Calm Classrooms challenges students to learn in new ways, make connections and recognise their temendous capacity to achieve.
