Calm Minds Group is passionate about improving our client’s physical and mental well-being. Our program offerings and expertise are in the areas of Resilience, Stress Management, Mental Health/Trauma and well-being, with a primary focus on compassionate based mindfulness techniques, high performance and leadership capability. We help our clients better understand their mind and implement practical techniques to improve their overall well-being. Our hope is to teach leaders to be adaptable in the face of adversity with the ability to cope with a situation, by learning and developing behaviours to protect themselves from potential negative effects of stress. Jane Mahon and her team provide strong evidenced based scientific teaching, as well as psychological frameworks in a supportive learning environment. We get to know our customers requirements and focus on developing strong partnerships to support long term growth for the organisations we work with.
