Calma de Mar is the psychology space where we accompany you, in all stages of your life, to transform emotional discomfort into balance. Sometimes we don’t know what’s happening to us. We don’t understand why and we feel our emotions on the surface and any situation overwhelms us, not knowing how to find the way out. It’s okay, you’re here to discover it. We are social and emotional beings and that’s why we need to go through all this in company. It’s exhausting to do it alone and you don’t have to live it that way. This is a safe place where you can allow yourself to be held to address what concerns you and thus reconnect with yourself. We accompany you to discover and be who you really are. We go hand in hand so that you can shed and let go of all the layers and conditioning that you carry with you and no longer work for you.
