Hi, I'm Helen, mum of a little boy and owner of Calming Touch Baby Massage. I am a fully qualified and insured baby massage and yoga teacher based in Medway, Kent. I provide relaxing, happy and friendly baby massage classes in Medway to help mother and baby bond and enjoy some special one to one time together. I started Calming Touch Baby Massage after attending baby massage classes with my son and seeing the benefits, not only did it help with his colic and digestion issues it turned into our special bonding time each day where we both enjoyed a bit of love, happiness and relaxation.
