Calodyne Management was founded in 2019 by Stephanie Schut and Hille-Paul Schut. Calodyne Management provides independent directorship services to regulated and unregulated investment, securitization and holding vehicles. We have experienced directors who can provide independence, seniority and stability to the management of their clients` entities in Luxembourg. Calodyne Management provides consultancy and project management services in the fields of post-acquisition & merger re-organizations, efficiency improvement missions and corporate & compliance governance projects. Calodyne Management can also assist with the setting up of an office in Luxembourg. Combined, the partners of Calodyne Management have close to 35 years of experience in management, corporate, legal, tax, finance and accounting services with a diversified client portfolio in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The partners held numerous (CSSF approved) management positions in leading fund and corporate service providers. During their careers, they worked for private equity and real estate firms as well as multinationals and HNWI, for which they held management positions in CSSF regulated funds and securitizations entities and non-regulated vehicles. The partners were successfully involved in USD1+ billion transactions such as acquisitions, restructurings and bond issuances.
