Calton is a Customer Experience and Review Management solution. Our platform facilitates customer understanding through a unique process of collecting and analyzing feedback and reviews. In a single dashboard you can aggregate, respond to and manage all reviews from multiple channels (Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook and many others) and other sources, such as surveys (internal and external to the platform), complaints and any other direct customer feedback.
