Cam-Evolution

Cam-Evolution was founded in 2014, and is located in Chioggia, the largest hub for seafood in Italy, near Venice. Our mission is to prepare premium ready-to-eat fresh seafood for consumers who don't normally prepare and cook seafood at home. Convenience is a key factor, especially for seafood, that requires time and knowldege to clean and prepare from scratch. Seafood soups are just one of our specialty product lines. Recipes are based on local Italian tradition and seek to use almost exclusively seafood from the local Adriatic and Mediterranean Seas, and adhere to the No Fish Waste Program. Another specialty product line are mollusks, clams and mussels, which are cultivated in and around Chioggia.
