Zander Kestly is the Owner and Principal of Camber Risk and Safety. Camber was forged with the mission to protect your People, Place and PNL. With almost two decades of industry experience, Zander understands focusing on safety and risk management practices not only saves your business money and reduces your exposure, but drives operational and leadership performance. Zander is known for successfully reducing incident and accident occurrences, and developing common sense regulatory compliance programs for clients. Prior to founding Camber, Zander held various senior Health, Safety, and Risk Management roles at Vail Resorts. His most recent role was the Western Regional Director of Health and Safety, and prior, the Corporate Director of Risk Management.
