We listen to feedback and make it personal: A Director will run your project from start to finish – consistency is key to our clients, you won’t get passed around a multi-disciplinary team. We are completely client orientated and only send the right people to meetings to avoid time wasting. Where appropriate, we will bring to your attention any commercial sales or development opportunities that we hear of. The decisions we make, particularly in the early stages when planning engineering strategies are critical to the planning process, project budget, programme, site environment, project risk profile and overall deliverability. Our Directors and Engineers are very sensitive to commercial client pressures and will work towards alleviating those unique and sometimes bespoke pressures by prioritising specific aspects and regularly feeding back information and communicating with our clients to provide surety and comfort throughout the project. We will always communicate openly to ensure we understand those priorities as they might not always be obvious. We understand that one approach does not fit all, and it is imperative that we exercise our construction industry acumen to best effect.
