Camelback Nutrition & Wellness, LLC is a private nutrition practice located in Scottsdale, Arizona, that specializes in chronic disease prevention through integrative and functional medicine. I will act as both your dietitian and wellness coach, helping foster your journey to a healthier life. I follow a nutrient-dense approach which focuses on seeking nutrients rather than restricting entire food groups. What we eat is influenced by so much more than just our hunger, so in my sessions I use various techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, stress management, and mindful eating. As a team, we will create a plan for success, helping you build lifelong healthy habits!
