Camila Hori

Camila was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. She started her graphic design career at Vogue Brazil, before she relocated to New York. Camila has vast experience in the fashion and luxury environment, where she has worked for Ann Taylor LOFT (as Senior Digital Design Director), Brooks Brothers (as Senior Art Director for Interactive Services), Bluefly (as Creative Director), and for Viyet (as VP of Creative). Camila has eighteen years of experience in graphic design; among her strengths is the ability of elevating the brands she has worked for. A good listener by nature, Camila values fostering cross-partner collaborations and has developed a close relationship with the leadership of all companies she has worked for. Throughout her tenure at different companies, Camila has effectively delivered on a variety of improvements: from a pure metrics measurement to an overall elevated aesthetic; brand perception; team building and talent development. Camila's creative vision has a strong focus on user engagement, and some of her email campaigns for Ann Taylor LOFT had historical record metrics. Camila has contributed as a freelancer to a variety of companies, including Macy's, J.Crew, Limited Brands, L'Oréal, Tommy Hilfiger, and Michael Kors. She has also written about her New York experience and interviewed fashion figures, such as Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, and Gisele Bündchen, among others for Vogue Brazil. Camila currently holds the position of VP of Creative at Viyet, a luxury marketplace for high-end furniture, where she is responsible for all its creative output, production, copy, as well as content development for Viyet's email marketing campaigns.
