Welcome! My name is Ianthi Psilogenis and I am the founder of Camino Alto which is dedicated to: 1. Whoever may be experiencing challenges in their career/daily work-life and wants to overcome them, 2. HR Managers and Leaders of companies to examine ways of handling their most important asset - their people. Camino Alto is a Spanish phrase that is often used metaphorically to describe a challenging but ultimately rewarding journey and it reflects my philosophy on career development and life in general. Reaching your potential may not always be easy but it is possible if you really work hard at it, try and learn from each experience, and ask for help from the right people. While I'm currently the sole member of the team, I'm dedicated to building this venture, as it is a project I've been passionate about for some time now and a great opportunity to pay forward the knowledge and expertise I have gained in the areas of personal development and Human Resources Management.
