Camino For Executives

The Camino for Executives project is aimed at people who, in addition to having the ambition to make the way of santiago, also seek to develop leadership skills. I had this idea during the Camino Francés. Over 32 days, I’ve crossed two countries, covering almost 800km (497 mi.) between Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Santiago de Compostela, with 700km (434 mi.) being covered in sandals…true story. Along the way, I realized how we can master valuable lessons to implement in our personal and professional lifes, but above all in leadership skills. The challenge I’m offering to you is to embark in an immersive and captivating training program which will begin with the journey along the Portuguese path along the coast and will culminate with the arrival at Santiago de Compostela. A journey that begins with 3 online workshops and culminates in a walk of 225 thousand steps, until we reach Santiago de Compostela. Besides walking and endure the journey, there is nothing else you need to worry about…we’ll take care of the rest. Do you accept the challenge? See you on the camino!
