Camp Rainbow

Founded in 1951 by the Harold G. Knight Foundations, Camp Rainbow, Inc, a 501(c)3 organization, is a non-profit organization dedicated to offer deserving children of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania a one, week long, overnight Summer camping experience at a low cost to the family. Camp is located on 18 beautiful acres on the Perkiomen Creek in Lower Salford Township. There are twenty buildings on site for various activities. We have six cabins for sleeping, a new dining hall for eating, arts & craft pavilion, outdoor basketball pavilion, woodworking pavilion, medical building, and office. The pool overlooks the lower field where many fun activities are conducted. The boating activity takes place on the Perkiomen Creek. The newly opened Perkiomen Trail goes right by camp.
