Campo Krasiba

We are the dream of a group of professionals from various disciplines who decided to form Campo Krasiba, united by our experience in the corporate and academic world and motivated by a profound vision of human and collective development. Inspired by the practice of extreme sports, we adopted the values that flourish there: impeccability, solidarity, teamwork, precision, resilience, perseverance, respect, and passion to form high-impact teams through experiential training involving mountaineering, rock climbing, and canopy, among others. Our mission is to bring to the corporate environment this philosophy that promotes extraordinary results, attention to detail, respectful interactions, and a genuine understanding that we are all part of an interconnected system. We believe that a team's success is not limited to achieving goals but to doing so with integrity and awareness. Our method, based on experiential experience, uses group and individual coaching tools and a range of “Business Simulators” that reproduce and challenge the most complex situations of organizational life. The Krasiba Method (MK) is based on seven solid pillars that drive fundamental transformation in team performance and cohesion.
