Campus Click

Hello! We are Campus Click. We are a burgeoning web platform which will enable students to reduce feelings of loneliness. A product of the University of Birmingham's 'Birmingham Project', we allow students to anonymously access events that are tailored to their personality type so they can interact and feel a sense of belonging. Although there have been studies which suggest that technology has exacerbated loneliness amongst populations, we take a different view. We acknowledge the disruptive power technology has in the contemporary world and feel, if used correctly, can be harnessed for socially beneficial outcomes. It is with this ethos that we founded this platform. We fundamentally hold that technology is the key to solving an endemic - yet taboo - issue like student loneliness. Through working with PwC and others, we hope to make this model a reality for students, not just at Birmingham or even in the UK, but around the globe.
