Consulting with an ethical coaching approach. Helping emerging leaders develop personal resilience. We work alongside leaders as they become more aware of their best state. We share some of the techniques and encourage leaders to use these with their teams. We can do this as a personal leader engagement, or get involved with design and delivery of team workshops to help to nurture a coaching culture and a common sense of purpose. Our consulting offering is taking this approach and applying it to human centred design processes. For designers and system builders to become more aware of their unconcious bias and truly see the unmet needs of a system user or customer.
