Can CleanTech (CCT) is a Canadian company that has developed a process to clean metal surfaces from vulcanized rubber that contaminates it. This makes possible the removal of rubber lining from steel pipes used extensively in the mining process. These pipes are currently discarded and replaced by new ones. This is extraordinarily expensive and environmentally toxic process. The CCT process can change this linear supply chain to a circular one making possible the reuse of pipe from current operations locally and the institution of a truly circular supply system. This is the only process in the world that can accomplish this in a very cost effective manor.
