Canada Fossils is regarded as the leader in real dinosaur skeleton restoration with more than 25 skeletons in natural history museums and public institutions around the world. The quality of Canada Fossils work surpasses industry standards and we have been called upon by many other companies and institutions to help them improve their own restoration techniques. Our preparitors are university and art college graduates and we have over 40 years of experience in dinosaur bone restoration and paint matching. Our dinosaur mounting has evolved during our 25 year history and now features re-position-able skulls to freshen up displays and removable bones for scientific study; we never drill into real bone! We have worked extensively with museums creating dioramas and backgrounds for our skeletons that are both beautiful and scientifically accurate. We have an excellent international reputation and have been the main consultant to many Japanese museums on the import and export of fossils. We specialize and are famous for our colourful Canadian ammonites. We mine and prepare these fossils for export all over the world. Other products include mammoth tusks and a collection of small fossils for schools and amateur collectors. By working directly with any institution, we can help keep costs to a minimum.
