Canada Mediation Services

Canada Mediation Services was created by several participants to a training at St Paul University on alternative methods of conflict resolution as a Neutral Third Party. This was in response to a concern both for the number ever-increasing of conflicts in the world as well as for the singularity and the accuracy of the conflict resolution method of The Canadian Institute of Conflict Resolution. This method which bore fruit of excellence throughout the world where it has been used convinced the participants to adopt it. All of these participants were already experts in mediation, facilitation, ethics, and conflict resolution for years and have worked in Africa, Canada and other parts of the world either as mediators, facilitators, or negotiators. Therefore, it is this same method of the ICCR which was lacking in the arsenal of these valiant knights of peace! CMS, throughout its development, has adopted an approach which is centered on an inspiring leadership, values of ethics and work and has made of the development of learning and training a priority. Today, we are an organization that provides assistance to many groups, communities, individuals, organizations, companies and State entities, through our accredited experts. Our training in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Facilitation and Organizational ethics, are recognized worldwide.
