Candeur Group provides syndication, advisory and investment services to the affordable housing industry. Candeur was founded in 2013 by Catherine Talbot and Greg Judge. Greg and Catherine spent their careers at one of the premier LIHTC syndication companies, Boston Financial Investment Management and its predecessor firms. In 2015, Candeur added two additional partners, Greg Maul and Leah Wood to the team. All of the Candeur partners bring a wealth of affordable housing industry knowledge in corporate acquisitions, asset management, underwriting strategy, leadership, and operations garnered from over 60+ years of experience shaping, growing, and leading Boston Financial. Additionally, the Candeur partners are well regarded within the affordable housing industry for their acquisition strategy, sponsor qualification, fund structuring and asset management capabilities.
