Cando Business Ventures

CanDo Business Ventures develops and deploys purpose built businesses that are centered around providing employment for people with autism. Furthermore, we only develop ventures which have the ability to scale and employ thousands of people with autism. We've structured CanDo as an LLC which provides research and consulting services. Our aim in doing this is to build a platform and a refined approach to developing a variety of ventures around employing people with autism. Our first venture is Rising Tide Car Wash which will be a scalable flex service car wash. We chose a car wash due to the high community exposure, easy and repetitive labor, strong margins and highly fragmented nature of the industry. We believe this venture will put adult autism front and center in the minds of community members and can be a strong enough brand to out compete most other car washes. Learn more about Rising Tide at
