Candor Homes Pty Ltd

Whether you have a big family or a small family with big dreams for what’s to come, Candor Homes will help you create a warm and inviting place to call home. We’re a family-owned business and from our lived experience and local knowledge we understand that the idea of home means something unique for every family. Our team pride themselves on their commitment to ensuring your new home truly reflects what ‘home’ means to you and yours. With adaptable floorplans throughout our entire range, our designs can be customised to meet your individual needs; whether it’s your first home or your fourth you can enjoy a variety of styles and upgrades to suit your budget, your family, and your lifestyle. Our standard inclusions are what most other builders call their upgrades and are installed by our hardworking team of craftspeople and trusted suppliers who use high-quality materials to create your dream home. We appreciate the information overload and decision fatigue that often comes with building a new home, which is why we provide access to interior and kitchen designers, as well as a colour consultant to help refine your personal style through your selections process. You will also enjoy a friendly and communicative personal building supervisor who will keep you up to date as your build progresses. We’re looking forward to building with you and creating a place for your family to make new memories you’ll treasure forever.
