I'm Simon Walker the principal at Candover Consulting. I'm an expert on the Future of Work and Leadership. Clients describe me as a cross between a futurologist and a highly practical leadership expert. Through masterclasses, consulting and conference keynotes, I help my clients understand what a changing world of work means for them and how they could better lead their people and businesses. I help turn what many perceive as their vulnerability into a competitive advantage, enabling them to adapt quickly and attract and engage the talent they need. I’m also an expert in generational diversity – helping business understand the changing expectations and preferences of different generations, particularly Gen Y and Z. I also mentor senior leaders and their teams.
