Hi, my name’s Candy and the best way to describe me as a professional and a person is as a Happy Communicator or to translate that into LinkedIn terms, Communication Specialist. I’ve worked across large scale sporting, corporate, entrepreneurial, education, lifestyle, music, launch and gala broadcasts, content, and events throughout Australia. My background, experience and current workflow is across three different professions under the Communications umbrella; Presenting, Education and Marketing all under the Communications umbrella. Presenting: I’m an Australian Lifestyle and Sports Broadcaster, Live Sport MC, Event MC, and I do Voiceovers. I’m happiest with a mic in hand, armed with commercial content to communicate while engaging a crowd. Whether presenting at an intimate gala event, a stadium of people or on ESPN Broadcast, I always operate in a professional, energetic, and positive manner with a flair for strategic storytelling. Conducting natural, well researched and interesting interviews is my greatest gift and passion, and always an honour. Education: With three degrees under my belt, and a love for sharing knowledge it was a natural fit for me to mentor the next generation to find their passion. Since 2009 I’ve had the opportunity to educate young minds across numerous Universities and subject matter including Copywriting, Entrepreneurship, Podcasting, Branding and Integrated Marketing Communication. Recently I’ve started working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and I’ve been building asynchronous learning modules for Collarts. Marketing: My background is in Marketing and Communications and for the past 17 years I’ve worked across almost every department in multiple industries. I’ve worked in Strategy, Branding, Copywriting, SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Development, CRM Management, Social Media and Video Production.
