Cantrell Consulting was founded by Settlement Consultant Jennifer Cantrell. Jennifer has been in the industry for more than 15 years and has a good understanding of how the settlement industry works thanks to her experience at Thomson Reuters and a variety of law firms. Her focus is not just on personal injury and worker’s compensation, but on other practices as well. We have a large client base and we understand how important settlement consultancy is for the practice and the client. When it came to the conception of Cantrell Consulting, we talked with upper level management of Millennium Consulting (then Millennium Settlements). We have a deep understanding of the need for developing new products, new opportunities for attorneys, and structured settlement products for claimants and attorneys, in order to provide top-notch consultancy services that could help them get a more secure future. We have clients and attorneys that we assist throughout the country, and we understand the importance of responding to clients and lawyers quickly. It is our goal to make clients comfortable and to trust that they are in good hands. Settlement planning is a comprehensive approach to helping plaintiffs and their attorneys move through the financial transition resulting from a major life event. Planning settlements, like planning financial decisions, must be done with patience, empathy, experience, and the ability to educate. This is important, as a settlement can be a vastly important part of someone’s life Early on in the case, we collect information and records in order to bolster trust and work through the whole process with our clients. This is extended through the entire mediation process, as we also advise our clients on what they could do to secure a more comfortable future. We don’t have specific requirements from our attorneys but rather accommodate them depending on how they want to work.
